Research and benchmarking: Conduct research on best practices in ways of working, including tools and techniques. Identify ways to help us enhance our organization's Agile practices. Help the Enterprise Solutions branch to achieve its strategic goals.

Process improvement: Work with delivery teams to identify areas for improvement and propose/implement changes.

Organizing and attending events: Help organize and attend events, such as Communities of Practice meetings, conferences, or webinars, to stay up-to-date on industry trends.
