The main purpose of this position is to ensure proper documentation pertaining to the company's adherence, compliance, and training in relation to OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations at all terminals company wide.

The job functions listed below represent the essential job duties and responsibilities of the above-listed position.

Ensure appropriate documentation is maintained concerning compliance for Werner Maintenance on OSHA, EPA, and DOT for all terminals. (Storm water runoff, Respirators and AC Certifications, etc.) Coordinate CBT training issues and topics with the Training Coordinator. Monitor CBT training  compliance.
Assist the Compliance Manager to act as a liaison with shop staff and company lawyers regarding any compliance related litigation.
Manage and update the Werner Maintenance website on WeConnect.
Manage safety award program. (Food parties, injury reporting, safety lunches and online announcements).         
Coordinate monthly safety checks and shop inspections.
Communicate weekly safety messages/tips online and through email.
General duties: Any other duties assigned pertaining to positional responsibilities.
Timely and regular attendance according to the scheduled shift as determined by supervisory personnel.
