Senior Tax Analyst - Asia Pacific

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Senior Tax Analyst to join our dynamic team. Reporting to Asia Pacific Tax Director, this role offers exciting opportunities to handle tax enquiries, compliance matters, and working with internal and external stakeholders across Asia Pacific markets.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinate & review Asia Pacific tax provision packages, FIN 48 questionnaires, Form 5471 & etc. to meet corporate tax compliance requirements
• Work on tax reporting packages, including tax expense forecast, transfer pricing calculation & etc.
• Implement Arrow inter-company transfer pricing policy and ensure the Transfer Pricing compliance in the region
• Coordinate tax audits covering both direct & indirect taxes matters plus Transfer Pricing audits
• Identify issues to enhance tax compliance and reduce risk of tax liabilities
• Ad hoc projects and assignments including tax process enhancement
• This will be an individual contributor role

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting/Finance/Economics
• A minimum of 4-5 years of tax experience with regional exposure from APAC (both Big 4 and/or in-house tax department)
• Good written and verbal communication skills with emphasis on ability to analyze relevant tax law and summarize findings in non-technical business language for management team and internal clients
• Working knowledge of APAC markets, income tax accounting principles & GAAP booking analysis is valuable
• Proficient in use of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Strong command of written and verbal English and Chinese, fluency in both Mandarin & Cantonese is a plus
• Experience in Oracle system and OneSource tax package would be an advantage.
• More experienced candidate will be considered for manager position
