Market Intelligence (MINT) team at Walmart Global Tech, Bengaluru, owns the responsibility of delivering on promise of EDLP (Every Day Low Prices) to our customers. It is focused on collecting competitive product information and generate actionable insights for pricing, assortment, marketing optimization purpose for stores and e-commerce business across geographies.

Position Responsibilities:
As a Senior Data Analyst for Walmart Global Tech, you’ll be required to shape and deliver on the MINT analytics charter.
Work with product, technology and business teams to drive complex data and trend analyses to root cause issues and propose ways to improve platform.
Responsible for defining, developing and communicating key metrics and business trends to partner and management teams
Model data in order to create reporting and dashboards for business process management and data mining.
Design and conduct A/B and multi-variate tests by developing test plans, defining success metrics, analyzing and transforming data into actionable insights.
Pull data required to conduct business analysis, build reports, dashboards and metrics to monitor the performance.
Work with the stakeholders to take data driven decisions.
Position Requirements:
Strong understanding of statistics and advanced analytics with applied experience on analysing large data sets.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Sound knowledge of managing data for experiments (sampling, labelling, EDA, etc.)
Strong knowledge of Python, SQL and Hive queries
Data visualization and reporting using Tableau
Ability to work efficiently and effectively in fast paced environment with tight deadlines
