About the Role

负责通过多样化且富有创意的宣传手段，传播公司的招募信息和人才理念，配套举办高品质的人力相关活动，吸引具备潜力的优秀人才加入公司，提升友邦在人才市场的品牌形象和吸引力。

岗位职责：

1、招募宣传策略制定：根据公司的招募目标和市场情况，制定有效的宣传策略和计划；研究和分析人才市场趋势，了解潜在候选人的需求和偏好，为宣传活动提供依据。

2、高质量招募宣传内容创作与管理：把关供应商撰写和编辑吸引人的招募文案，制作宣传海报、视频、宣传单页等多种形式的宣传材料；管理和更新公司的招募网站和社交自媒体账号，确保信息的准确性和及时性。

3、高品质活动策划与执行：策划和组织线上线下的人力相关活动，如年轻人走进友邦，总监晋级委任典礼等。与相关部门协作，确保活动的顺利进行。

4、招募宣传渠道拓展与合作：开拓和维护有效的招募渠道，如招聘网站、社交自媒体平台、人才中介机构等；与合作伙伴建立良好的关系，开展合作推广活动，扩大招募影响力。

5、数据分析与反馈：收集和分析宣传活动的数据，如流量、转化率、候选人反馈等；根据数据分析结果，优化宣传策略和活动方案，提高招募效果。

6招募品牌推广：参与公司人才品牌建设，提升公司在人才市场的美誉度和吸引力。积极传播公司的企业文化和价值观，增强候选人对公司的认同感。

任职要求：

1、大学本科及以上学历，市场营销、传媒、自媒体运营等相关专业优先；

2、具备3年以上招聘宣传或市场推广工作经验，有保险行业市场宣传经验者优先；

3、熟练掌握各种宣传工具和渠道，如社交媒体、文案撰写、平面设计、视频制作等；

4、具有较强的创新能力和策划能力，能够独立或指导供应商策划并执行宣传活动；

5、具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神，能够与不同部门协同工作；

6、具有较强的数据分析能力，能够根据数据进行有效的决策和优化；

7、对寿险行业有一定的了解和认识，认同公司的企业文化和价值观。
