About the Role

负责通过多样化且富有创意的宣传手段,传播公司的招募信息和人才理念,配套举办高品质的人力相关活动,吸引具备潜力的优秀人才加入公司,提升友邦在人才市场的品牌形象和吸引力。

岗位职责:

1、招募宣传策略制定:根据公司的招募目标和市场情况,制定有效的宣传策略和计划;研究和分析人才市场趋势,了解潜在候选人的需求和偏好,为宣传活动提供依据。

2、高质量招募宣传内容创作与管理:把关供应商撰写和编辑吸引人的招募文案,制作宣传海报、视频、宣传单页等多种形式的宣传材料;管理和更新公司的招募网站和社交自媒体账号,确保信息的准确性和及时性。

3、高品质活动策划与执行:策划和组织线上线下的人力相关活动,如年轻人走进友邦,总监晋级委任典礼等。与相关部门协作,确保活动的顺利进行。

4、招募宣传渠道拓展与合作:开拓和维护有效的招募渠道,如招聘网站、社交自媒体平台、人才中介机构等;与合作伙伴建立良好的关系,开展合作推广活动,扩大招募影响力。

5、数据分析与反馈:收集和分析宣传活动的数据,如流量、转化率、候选人反馈等;根据数据分析结果,优化宣传策略和活动方案,提高招募效果。

6招募品牌推广:参与公司人才品牌建设,提升公司在人才市场的美誉度和吸引力。积极传播公司的企业文化和价值观,增强候选人对公司的认同感。

任职要求:

1、大学本科及以上学历,市场营销、传媒、自媒体运营等相关专业优先;

2、具备3年以上招聘宣传或市场推广工作经验,有保险行业市场宣传经验者优先;

3、熟练掌握各种宣传工具和渠道,如社交媒体、文案撰写、平面设计、视频制作等;

4、具有较强的创新能力和策划能力,能够独立或指导供应商策划并执行宣传活动;

5、具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神,能够与不同部门协同工作;

6、具有较强的数据分析能力,能够根据数据进行有效的决策和优化;

7、对寿险行业有一定的了解和认识,认同公司的企业文化和价值观。
