Joining our Identity & Access Management (IAM) team, you'll be a key player in maintaining the security and integrity of systems and data. In this collaborative environment, you'll work alongside dedicated professionals to ensure compliance with industry regulations and uphold our commitment to information security.
As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to the development of new business processes, leveraging your expertise to streamline IAM operations and enhance overall efficiency within the organization. Your role will offer a blend of technical challenges and strategic initiatives, allowing you to make a meaningful impact on Securities ongoing success.

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Manage access rights to Securities systems and data, ensuring compliance with company policies and guidelines.
  • Execute compliance controls and ensure timely completion to uphold security standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement compliance controls for enhanced security.
  • Assist end-users with IAM related inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Short/medium higher education, or equivalent experience, in a relevant field.
  • Familiarity with fundamental IAM concepts such as JML, SSO, RBAC, etc.
  • Previous experience in Security Management or similar roles, such as system administration.
  • Experience in managing Microsoft Active Directory, and knowledge of GPOs, ACLs, OUs, etc.
  • At least basic knowledge of IT infrastructure concepts (servers, VDI’s, firewalls, etc.)
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
  • Experience with user provisioning and deprovisioning processes.
  • Knowledge of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) systems such as SailPoint and OKTA.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with SWIFT messaging and RMA platforms.
  • Knowledge of ISO 27001 standards.
  • Fluency in English
