Job Description:

• Deliver accurate and insightful presentation material and data analysis for internal (Management, sales team) and external (Bank partner) on regular and ad hoc basis
• Prepare campaign proposal and post implementation review
• Liaise with Bank partner on customers complaints
• Liaise with other Bank partners e.g. Nobu, Citibank, Commbank on inquires, complaints, etc.
• Supervise reporting / adhoc data to Bank, slide preparation for internal and external meeting as well as campaign preparation and realization

• Have at least 3 years of experience in Bancassurance industry, preferably in Sales support / Reporting / MIS division

• This role will be responsible for supporting Bank partner and sales team on presentation material for meeting and data analysis, campaign implementation and customer complaints.
• This role will also be responsible to lead small team which consists of reporting and campaign staffs, to supervise reporting / adhoc data to Bank, slide preparation for internal and external meeting as well as campaign preparation and
  realization.
