Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Supervisors/Service Manager to prepare and provide reports to customers

  • Lead and provide technical support when requested by Service Supervisors/ Service Managers for customer training (safe evacuation), EMS-Compass training ,OtisOne , Robotic Integration, ETMS Manage and Control Mechanics Tools and other equipment

  • Manage and improve servicing and maintenance process

  • Measure and inspect operational results such as call back record, field expenses, spare parts spending

  • Strategize and plan inspection maintenance method for service team and for T project as planned

  • Guide Service Supervisors to inspect progression of elevators and escalators and to prepare the inspection report

  • Manage all other tasks that requested by Service Supervisors/ Service Managers

What you will need to be successful in this role

  • Be a University graduate in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) or equivalent

  • At least 2 years of experience in the Elevator and Escalator industry as Service Engineer

  • License for Professional Practice in Associate Engineer  

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suites

  • Strong in maintaining rapport with customers and customer service oriented

  • Critical thinker and a good problem solver

  • Meticulous and excellent organizational skills

  • A team player, good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good level of English competency (TOEIC 400 and above)
