As Commercialisation Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex New Product Development (NPD), innovation, product change and commercialisation projects. Working closely with Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance and Procurement teams, you will drive projects through the Stage Gate process, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and managing risks along the way.

• Lead the commercialisation of NPD, innovation and product change projects from concept through to launch.
• Coordinate and influence cross-functional project teams to achieve project objectives.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies and stakeholder communications.
• Drive projects through Stage Gate governance processes and maintain project documentation within Accolade.
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure accountability across project teams.
• Identify risks early and develop practical solutions to keep projects on track.
• Monitor project performance and conduct post-launch reviews to capture learnings and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Partner with stakeholders across Australia and global Saputo teams to deliver successful outcomes.

• Proven experience managing commercialisation, innovation or NPD projects within FMCG.

• Dairy, food or beverage industry experience.
