How will you make an impact?-
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our growing team focused on the manufacturing of energy storage systems. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving operational efficiency, supporting strategic decision-making, and enabling data-driven improvements across our manufacturing processes.
What will you do? -
Analyze manufacturing data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, supply chain, finance, and production) to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support real-time decision-making.
Conduct cost-benefit analyses for new technologies, process changes, and capital investments.
Support forecasting, capacity planning, and inventory management initiatives.
Translate business needs into technical requirements for digital tools and ERP systems.
Monitor industry trends and regulatory developments in energy storage and manufacturing.
How will you get here? -
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field is required
Experience:
2- 5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in a manufacturing or energy-related environment is required
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau) is required
Familiarity with manufacturing systems (MES, ERP) and lean manufacturing principles.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Passion for sustainability and clean energy technologies
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree is preferred
Experience in P&L analysis is a plus
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and understanding
of supply chain dynamics in high-tech manufacturing is preferred
Compensation/ USD Annual:
$65,500.00 - 91,700.00 - 117,900.00 USD Annual
