Description

Your Role:

As the Financial Reporting and Analysis Lead, you will oversee core financial reporting, treasury and cashflow processes, and statutory compliance, while actively supporting the business with timely, practical insights. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will both deliver and improve outcomes.  You will be responsible for:

  • Owning the month-end close – ensuring accurate, timely, and meaningful reporting
  • Leading financial analysis and investigations, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders
  • Driving continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, strength controls, and reduce risk
  • Managing and developing your team, providing coaching and fostering accountability
  • Overseeing treasury and cashflow management, ensuring strong visibility and effective controls
  • Supporting annual financial close and statutory reporting, including preparation and filing of audited statutory accounts

About You:

This is an opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys rolling up their sleeves while leading a high-performing team. You will play a key role in strengthening financial reporting, improving processes, and partnering across the business to drive better decisions. To be successful in this role, you will provide:

  • Degree-qualified in accounting
  • CPA/CA Accounting qualification
  • Hands-on capability – comfortable working through detail, solving problems, and improving processes
  • Excellent communication skills – ability to explain financial concepts and build rapport with non-financial stakeholders
  • Proficient in using financial applications such as SAP
  • A mindset of continuous improvement and change leadership
