This position works out of our Imazium Damansara location in the Abbott Nutrition division. Our nutrition business develops science-based nutrition products for people of all ages, from helping babies and children grow, to keeping adult bodies strong and active. As a Group E-com Key Account Manager, you will manage Abbott's brand performance on E-commerce platforms. This role is responsible for driving sales growth through strong planning, execution of campaigns, and close collaboration with E-commerce platform’s PIC. The KAM will own the full commercial cycle—from sales forecasting and campaign mechanics to operational execution, claims submission, and relationship management with stakeholders.

What You’ll Do:

1) Account Management & Platform Liaison

  • Serve as the main point of contact (PIC) between the brand and E-commerce platform
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with category managers and account teams
  • Align on joint business plans (JBP), growth targets, and platform initiatives.
  • Negotiate for better visibility, campaign placements, and platform support.

2) Sales Planning & Forecasting

  • Develop and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans
  • Forecast demand based on campaigns, seasonality, and platform trends
  • Track sales performance and implement corrective actions where needed.

3) Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Plan and execute all major campaigns
  • Work with Trade Marketing to plan campaign mechanics including vouchers, bundle deals, and GWP offers
  • Coordinate with internal teams for execution and monitor campaign performance.

4) Commercial Operations

  • Manage purchase orders including tracking and fulfillment coordination
  • Ensure stock availability and proper inventory planning aligned with campaigns.
  • Handle submission and tracking of claims including rebates and campaign support.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-up with and finance teams.

5) Performance Tracking

  • Monitor KPIs such as GMV, conversion rate, and traffic
  • Provide reporting and actionable insights

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience & Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E‑Commerce, or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in e‑commerce, marketplace management, or social commerce
  • Hands‑on experience managing E-Commerce platform sales is highly preferred
  • Experience in FMCG, nutrition, or regulated product categories is a strong advantage

  • Strong understanding of E-Commerce mechanics & operations
  • Solid planning and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting capabilities
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional coordination skills
