Your role

Seeking experienced Salesforce Solution Lead with Australian Citizenship and NV1 Security clearance able to build and design enterprise level integration solutions, prepare technical design documentation, present to design governance forums and lead a team of technical developers.

  • Lead the design of software solutions tailored to meet business needs

  • Develop system specifications and interfaces for intricate components

  • Guide application design delivery and ensure effective communication with development teams

Key Skills and Experience (Mandatory)

  • Demonstrated experience in configuring Salesforce.

  • Ability to build/ modify custom Objects, Flows, Permission sets, sharing and other related configuration and settings.

  • Advanced demonstrated experience in Apex, Lightening Web Components, Aura, JavaScript, CSS and HTML.

  • Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud knowledge and experience.

  • Experience in using version control and advanced CI/ CD tooling.

  • Those with Public Sector Solutions (PSS) experience will be highly regarded.

  • Demonstrated experience with -

  • build and design enterprise level integration solutions.

  • designing and implementing integrations between Salesforce and other systems.

  • leading a technical team of developers.

  • preparing technical design documentation and presenting to design governance forums.

  • ability to build data models to business requirements.

  • in tracking and progressing tasks using Agile, Kanban or Scrum Frameworks.

  • in tracking and troubleshooting errors in development and configuration.

  • Experience in providing technical assistance and end user troubleshooting.

  • Ability to work closely with our vendors and internal stakeholders.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practice and functionality.

  • Ability to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Deliver projects using agile methodologies within scope, quality and budget expectations.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Location

  • Canberra, Sydney or Melbourne

  • Candidate will be required to attend customer site in Canberra for 2 consecutive days per month.

  • Australian Citizenship is mandatory for this role

  • Due to the security requirement of the role NV1 Security clearance is a requirement.

  • Candidates with Baseline clearance ready to move to NV1 Security level may be considered for the role.
