Summary: Seeking an experienced Oracle Finance Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Cloud Financials. This role primarily focuses on production support and managed services, while also contributing to minor enhancements, new functionality implementation, and development projects to continuously improve financial systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide L2/L3 functional support for Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud Financials. - Analyze and resolve production issues within agreed SLAs. - Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes. - Support month-end and year-end close activities ensuring system stability. - Coordinate with Oracle Support for SR management and patch application. - Liaising with Oracle, customer, third party vendors and other support functions like DBA, OS and Networking for projects and support needs - Delivering client training, demo and Proof-Of-Concepts on areas of module expertise in Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud - Mentoring junior Functional team members - Collaborate with technical teams for customizations, reports, and integrations - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and automation projects Professional & Technical Skills: - Familiarity with ITIL processes and managed services frameworks - Knowledge of integration troubleshooting, data migration, and reporting tools - Excellent communication skills in all formats - Strong all-round insights into Project Methodology, documentation standards and customer specific delivery requirements - Complete ownership of given projects/accounts/customers Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 10-15 years of strong functional Experience in Oracle EBS Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA, EBTax, Budgeting) and Oracle Cloud Financial products - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required. - Candidate should have excellent stakeholder management skills - Ability to work in flexible times as warranted by project or client need - Oracle Professional certification in Oracle EBS and Fusion cloud is preferred - Experience in Global support models and ticketing tools like Service-Now
