Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of projects and contribute to the overall success of the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, designing application solutions, and actively participating in team discussions to provide solutions to work-related problems. Your creativity and technical expertise will be key in delivering high-quality applications that meet the needs of the business. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business process needs. - Design and develop application solutions that meet the defined requirements. - Ensure the successful implementation of projects by conducting thorough testing and debugging. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve application design and development processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM Integration Bus. - Strong understanding of integration concepts and experience in designing and developing integration solutions. - Experience with message brokering and transformation using IBM Integration Bus. - Knowledge of various protocols and data formats used in integration projects. - Familiarity with API development and management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with IBM MQ and other messaging systems. - Experience with cloud-based integration platforms. - Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in IBM Integration Bus. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years of full-time education is required.
