Our team works closely with a portfolio of projects and investments across various sectors, with a particular focus on concessions & infrastructure. About the Role

We are looking for a talented individual to assist in managing our existing portfolio. Under supervision, the role holder will be involved in asset management, ESG and sustainability reporting, financial analysis, and investment transaction support. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in infrastructure project finance and strong financial modelling skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the asset management of existing portfolio project companies and holding companies.

  • Support the ESG and sustainability reporting process.

  • Provide support in analysing operational and board reports, management accounts, counterparty financials, and project models.

  • Conduct quarterly valuations for the portfolio of investments, with assistance and transition to ownership of financial model templates for valuations.

  • Help identify and implement value enhancement initiatives across investments and monitor their impacts.

  • Support the preparation of internal documentation, presentations, and reports.

  • Assist in the annual funds external auditing process and third-party independent asset valuation processes.

  • Prepare various reports and financial analyses on single investments and funds.

  • Support senior colleagues in managing relationships with project company management, co-sponsors, and advisors (technical, legal, insurance).

  • Assist with administrative processes, communications, and documentation involving CITCO.

About the Candidate

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Knowledge of the Spanish PPP infrastructure sector.

  • Familiarity with the Spanish PPP legal framework.

  • Knowledge of Spanish accounting and corporate tax (experience in a Big Four firm, investment bank, or construction and concession industry is highly valued).

  • Experience in Infrastructure Project Finance related activities.

  • Solid understanding of Excel.

  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.

  • Native Spanish language skills and fluency in English.
