As our team is expanding, we have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Internal Governance Specialist to join us. In this high-profile role, you will be part of the Santander UK Corporate Governance Office and will provide high quality governance support to the Santander UK Board, its committees and the business.
You’ll use a variety of skills including regulatory and statutory compliance, ensuring governance best practices are applied throughout the Santander UK group. You’ll play a critical role in maintaining and promoting high standards of governance.

This permanent role is based in Unity Place – Milton Keynes however depending on business needs you may be required to work from our London Triton Square office.
We want our people to thrive at work and home, and also be able to deliver the best outcomes for our customers and to help each other develop. To support this, we offer site-based contracts with a hybrid working pattern and our expected level of attendance in an office is at least 12 days per month (pro-rata for part-time roles).
