Summary: As a Technology Consulting Practitioner, you will engage in high-impact activities within the systems development lifecycle, providing expert advice and leadership. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams, managing project deliverables, and ensuring that the IT function aligns with organizational goals. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing effective solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among team members. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. - Support the development of training materials and conduct workshops to enhance team capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Salesforce CRM Analytics. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Tableau, Salesforce Helpdesk and Product Support, Salesforce Development. - Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights. - Proficiency in data visualization techniques to present findings effectively. - Experience in integrating Salesforce with other systems to enhance functionality. - Ability to develop and implement strategies for optimizing CRM processes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce CRM Analytics. - This position is based at our Manila office.
