Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
· Provide technical support to the sales team and distributors, ensuring alignment with strategic plans and collaborating closely with Supply Chain and Demand Planning teams
· Build and maintain strong relationships with neurosurgeons, specialized doctors, medical societies, and Key Opinion Leaders while managing marketing materials and keeping technical documentation current
· Assist in executing marketing campaigns that drive product awareness, generate demand, and create new business opportunities across target markets
· Manage the full product lifecycle, from launch to phase-out, while conducting competitive analysis and market research, supporting strategic marketing plans, price management, and communicating updates clearly across sales channels
· Design and deliver training programs and product demonstrations for internal teams, customers, and distributors, often in collaboration with the Clinical Department
· Organize and support workshops, congresses, seminars, and other events, providing technical and exhibition support while contributing to budgeting, planning, and execution at both local and national levels
Required Knowledge and Experience:
· Completed bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
· Two to four years of experience in the healthcare industry, ideally in a technical, marketing, or commercial role
· Advanced proficiency in English is required; Spanish language skills are a strong advantage
· Valid and up-to-date CNH B driver’s license
