The Role

We’re looking for a strategic and experienced Senior Program Manager to lead training delivery programs across North America and Europe. In this highly visible role, you’ll serve as the central hub for regional training operations, ensuring our global education programs are impactful, high quality, and aligned with Veeva’s business goals.
 
Reporting to the Director of Training Delivery, you’ll partner closely with instructors, curriculum developers, operations, and other program managers within the Education Services organization. Together, you’ll strengthen and standardize how we plan, deliver, and evaluate training programs, helping teams scale excellence globally.
 
The ideal candidate combines a passion for learning with strong program management expertise, analytical thinking, and a drive for operational excellence. You’re comfortable managing complex initiatives, aligning cross-functional teams, and using data to guide decisions and continuous improvement.
