The Crown Is Yours

As an iGaming Support Specialist, you will join our second line escalation team with a focus on Casino and DraftKings’ non-sports lines of business. You will be creating engaging content for our casino customers with a focus on promotional execution and will continuously seek to optimize the DraftKings and Golden Nugget casino player experience by working closely with a variety of teams and stakeholders to make this happen. What you’ll do as an iGaming Support Specialist

• Support the iGaming Promotions team in triaging and resolving second-line promotion related customer issues while working closely with the Customer Experience and Casino Promotions Ops teams.

• Become an expert with using our internal marketing and bonus tools - always looking to optimize processes and tools to enable flawless execution across multiple apps and states.

• Partner with the Customer Experience (CX) Team daily to help proactively diagnose and solve promotions related questions from our customers.

What you'll bring

• At least 1 year of online gaming or relevant online B2C experience.

• Experience with digital marketing operation tools and a demonstrated ability to rapidly learn and master new tools.

• High attention to detail and quality of work that is delivered.

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexibility to work on nights and weekends.

• The ability to become licensed through applicable regulatory agencies.
