Summary:
As a Security Managed Services Practitioner, a typical day involves overseeing and delivering comprehensive security services tailored to client environments. This role requires continuous monitoring and management to uphold protection standards, ensure compliance with relevant regulations, and maintain operational resilience. The practitioner actively engages with various stakeholders to coordinate security efforts, address emerging threats, and support the seamless functioning of security operations across multiple client settings. The position demands a proactive approach to managing security challenges and fostering a secure and compliant environment throughout the service lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to improve security processes and enhance service delivery efficiency.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to strengthen overall capabilities.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to align security strategies with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Security.
- Strong understanding of access control concepts and role management within SAP environments.
- Experience in implementing and managing security policies and compliance frameworks.
- Ability to analyze security risks and develop mitigation strategies specific to SAP systems.
- Familiarity with SAP security tools and technologies for monitoring and reporting.
- Capability to troubleshoot and resolve complex security issues in a timely manner.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Security.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
