Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership:

  • Mentor a team of software engineers, providing guidance, code reviews, and technical oversight.
  • Drive best practices in software development, including code quality, testing, and deployment processes.

Full Stack Development:

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Architecture & Design:

  • Architect and implement complex software solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical standards.
  • Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the highest quality product platform.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the development lifecycle.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain current and competitive.
  • Advocate for continuous integration, continuous delivery, and other best practices to improve the software development lifecycle.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a Senior or Lead Full Stack Software Engineer, with a strong portfolio of cloud native applications.
  • Expertise in Springboot Java to build cloud-native microservices application.
  • Expertise with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
  • Proficiency in back-end technologies such as backend application in Node.js and related framework
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular
  • Working experience & knowledge using database including SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or AliCloud.
  • Strong experience with DevSecOps practices and working in Agile delivery methodology.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and team player.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins).
  • Knowledge of security best practices in web application development.
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipeline
