As a Non-Volatile Product Engineer at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be responsible for enabling NAND New Product Introduction with seamless and issue-free release to both internal and external non-volatile qualification customers.
In this role, you will be a part of the team that set up the infrastructure and function with the goal to accelerate NAND development learning cycles to achieve best in class cycle time from first silicon to qualified system.
Additionally, you will work with various Engineering and Development groups to prioritize work and ensure necessary actions are taken to meet specific product requirements. Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Drive NAND development to enable world class end products
Comprehend NAND reliability specs and ensure full coverage at NAND qualification.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reliability mitigation algorithms and features. Also define the checkout and validation prior to actual usage in qualification.
Define qualification and reliability test flows.
Optimize qualification strategy and sampling.
Evaluate and address reliability fails encountered during Qual with relevant teams.
Work with qualification flow execution teams for the implementation of the Qual plan to meet the committed qual release dates.
Drive failure analysis efforts from system level to NAND level to provide feedback to related teams
Requirements:
PhD or Masters with prior work experience
Work experience with product Design, Development, Testing, FW development or Reliability testing.
Knowledge of semiconductor processing, device physics, semiconductor reliability and device characterization
Knowledge of non-volatile memory architecture and operation
Knowledge of statistics and data analysis tools
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Effective communication and presentation skills
Excellent project management skills
Self-motivated and enthusiastic
