Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by diligently investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying system anomalies and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain business continuity and system reliability.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- SAP IBP Consultant with experience in IBP Demand Planning, Supply Planning (Time Series), S&OP Processes. Skilled in SAP IBP configuration, Master data Management, ECC/S4HANA integration, testing and supply chain process support. Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning and business requirement analysis. Knowledge and experience of SAP APO (Advanced Planning and Optimization) towards Supply Network Planning (SNP) and PP/DS would be a plus and desirable from the roles requirement perspective.
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Document findings and solutions to enhance knowledge sharing within the team.
- Assist in the implementation of system updates and patches to improve performance and security.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
- Experience with SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) modules and their integration with other enterprise systems.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve software issues effectively.
- Ability to work with system logs, error messages, and diagnostic tools to identify root causes.
- Familiarity with business process workflows related to integrated planning and supply chain management.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
