How You’ll Shine:

The Housekeeping Supervisor will direct and inspect work of Housekeepers and Houseman, ensuring that quality and cleanliness standards are being met. This role will ensure Quality Assurance (QA) process is met, resulting in appropriate cleanliness and quality levels; supports Loss Prevention and safety standards procedures.  This role will support the Housekeeping and Resort Leaders to ensure proper staffing and scheduling for maximum productivity.

What You’ll Bring:

  • One year related housekeeping experience required.

  • Supervisory experience preferred.

  • One year hospitality customer service experience preferred in discipline.

Eligibility Period:        November 12, 2024 – March 1, 2025

Purpose:

Wyndham is offering a Hiring Incentive (bonus) for eligible associates at the above-named resort. We anticipate that this bonus will improve applicant flow in a very competitive market.

Eligibility Terms and Conditions:

New Employees

  • Eligible associates (Regular Part-Time, Full-Time, and Seasonal) that are hired at any point during the eligibility period will receive the following, based on length of service:
    • 1st day:            $1,000
    • 30 days:          $1,000
    • 90 days:          Additional $500
  • To be eligible for payment of the bonus, eligible associates must be actively employed and have not notified the Company of their intent to resign at time of payout. Hiring Incentive Bonus is paid on the first pay date after successful completion of 1, 30 and 90 days of employment.  

Conditions

  • To receive payment for the bonus, eligible associates must be in active status throughout the retention period. Associates who are on a qualified Leave of Absence will not be paid the bonus until they return to active status. The bonus will then be prorated based on time missed from work, covered by a qualified Leave of Absence.  
  • Associates must be in good standing and may not have received any corrective actions beyond a Verbal Warning (no Written or Final Written) during the eligibility period.
  • All bonus payments are taxable as ordinary income and taxed at the supplemental rate.
  • This program does not take the place of other recognition programs, like “Lead With Your Heart”

The Company has the right to review, alter, change, amend, or eliminate the Hiring Incentive program at any time.  The Company also has the right to review, alter, change, or amend process and procedures, including the eligibility requirements that govern the Hiring Incentive at any time.

Compensation

Generally starting at $26.50 - $26.50 per hour. The actual hourly rate of the candidate(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to experience, education, skills, training, and work location.
