What You'll Do

Comprehensive Testing & Quality Assurance

• Develop and execute test plans for Salesforce, React, Ruby on Rails, C#, and React Native applications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, security, and performance testing across web and mobile platforms.
• Ensure top-notch usability, security, and reliability for React Native mobile apps on iOS and Android.
• Validate APIs, data flows, and databases (Microsoft SQL Server).

Security & Compliance Testing

• Conduct penetration testing & security assessments using tools like OWASP ZAP & Burp Suite.
• Ensure applications align with OWASP Top 10, SSDLC, GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA standards.
• Collaborate with developers to identify and remediate vulnerabilities before deployment.

Collaboration & Documentation

• Track bugs, security issues, and test progress using Jira.
• Provide clear test results, quality reports, and security assessments to stakeholders.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.

Continuous Improvement & Automation

• Enhance automated test frameworks and CI/CD pipeline integrations (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
• Identify efficiency improvements and implement best testing practices.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure quality & security standards.

What We’re Looking For

Education & Certification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

Required Knowledge & Technical Expertise

• Testing Methodologies – Proficiency in manual and automated testing strategies.
• Test Automation – Experience with tools like Selenium, Appium, or similar frameworks.
• API Testing – Strong understanding of REST and SOAP APIs using tools like Postman.
• Database Skills – Ability to write SQL queries and validate data in Microsoft SQL Server.
• Security Testing – Familiarity with security tools like OWASP ZAP, Burp Suite, or Nessus.
• Salesforce Testing – Knowledge of Salesforce testing tools and secure configurations.
• CI/CD Pipelines – Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.

Experience Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance, testing web, mobile, and Salesforce-based applications.
• Hands-on experience with React Native, Ruby on Rails, and C# applications.
• Exposure to security testing methodologies and tools.

Work Schedule & Expectations

• Full-time, remote/hybrid position (Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST).
• Occasional additional hours to meet project goals.
• Travel: Up to 15% nationwide may be required.
