Wells Fargo is seeking 3 Senior Lead Technology Business Services Consultants. They will be broken down as a Workforce Management leader, Vendor Management Leader and Reporting, Analytics & Tooling Leader as part of the CDO Data Business Office team. This team provides overarching strategic direction and operational leadership, ensuring alignment across all CDO groups to achieve enterprise objectives by driving CDO-wide business capabilities and planning frameworks​ across the footprint.

These roles will provide CDO leaders exceptional operational services and capabilities that amplify our impact, drive excellence, and ensure our organization is operating efficiently.  The workforce management leader is accountable for driving end-to-end workforce operations for the Chief Data Office (CDO), ensuring strategic alignment and operational efficiency across productivity, location strategy and space management, talent management & hiring coordination, and organizational moves. The vendor management leader manages the third-party portfolio driving execution and coordination, providing leadership on strategic objectives, and driving fiscal responsibility across the CDO organization. The Business Reporting, Analytics, and Tooling leader is accountable for driving end-to-end metrics and reporting for the CDO including driving strategic alignment of metrics across CDO and the Technology organization, driving CDO’s metrics and reporting strategy, managing ongoing metrics reporting, and monitoring performance of CDO metrics.


In this role, you will:

  • Function as an operational linchpin and strategic facilitator for CDO business operations.
  • Engage with the technology leaders to provide support to understand and manage the efficiency of the organization.
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in depth evaluation and cross channel collaboration.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with Workforce management, Vendor Management, or Reporting and Analytics.
  • Dynamic, self-driven, and results oriented leadership skills with a strong sense of prioritization, execution and urgency that can operate in a highly complex organization
  • Track record of collaborating and building highly successful partnerships with executives and shared service organizations to deliver solutions effectively and efficiently
  • Ability to influence, partner, communicate and negotiate with all levels of leadership to gain commitment to accomplish business goals
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy and ability to thrive in a changing and dynamic environment
  • Highly experienced in framing executive conversational, presentations, and analysis with ability to take complex ideas and synthesize key concepts and approaches
  • Experience in successfully managing complex strategic programs/projects through project lifecycle from conception through roll-out and ongoing support in a large organization
  • Advanced Microsoft 365 skills


Job Expectations:

  • Ability to work on-site in Uptown Charlotte, NC in a hybrid environment. There will be no option for fully remote work.
