Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an exceptionally talented Program Control Analyst to join our team! In this role, you will work closely with Program Managers, finance teams, and technical leads to support budget monitoring, reporting, and daily operational coordination for a portfolio of projects, including federal contracts, prototypes, and rapid acquisition efforts.

What You'll Be Doing:

Program Organization & Administrative Support

  • Provide administrative and coordination support for program teams, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, tracking action items, and managing documentation

  • Maintain organized project files, deliverable logs, and program records to support efficient team operations

  • Prepare presentations, reports, and internal briefings for leadership and stakeholders

  • Coordinate program meetings, reviews, and planning activities

Cost & Budget Tracking Support

  • Maintain cost tracking tools and financial reporting systems to provide visibility into program performance

  • Monitor project expenditures, spending rates, and funding status

  • Support Project Leads with budget updates and budget-to-actual cost comparisons

Data Management & Reporting

  • Maintain project data in internal systems and spreadsheets for financial and operational tracking

  • Compile data to support reporting requirements

  • Prepare charts, graphs, and visual summaries to communicate cost and program status

Project Planning & Coordination

  • Support the development and maintenance of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and related tracking documents

  • Assist with project planning, milestone tracking, and schedule coordination

  • Monitor project changes and maintain supporting documentation

Procurement & Financial Administrative Support

  • Provide administrative support for subcontract and purchase order activities, including preparing requisitions, coordinating invoices, and managing funding documentation

  • Assist with accrual tracking and financial documentation for project reporting

Operational & Team Support

  • Coordinate with program management, finance, procurement, and technical teams to ensure accurate information flow

  • Support ad hoc reporting and requests from project leadership

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support program operations

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and 5+ years of experience (additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree)

  • Management experience, with a focus on administrative, operations, or program support

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Experience coordinating schedules, documentation, and team activities in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office for maintaining data, reports, or tracking tools

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and support diverse teams

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

  • Experience supporting project teams, operations groups, or program management offices

  • Exposure to financial tracking, reporting, budgeting support, or billing workflows

  • Experience working with structured record systems or enterprise software platforms

Salary Range: $74,800.00 - $130,900.00
