Job Title: Senior AI Agent Architect (Agentic AI, LLMs, Python & Cloud Modernization) Position Overview We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Python Full Stack Developer with an AI-first mindset and strong hands-on expertise in Agentic AI and Large Language Model (LLM)–based solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep Python development experience along with proven exposure to LLM models, agent architectures, RAG implementations, and vector databases. This role is suited for a senior technologist who can contribute through hands-on coding, AI solution design, and technical leadership, particularly in cloud modernization initiatives leveraging Cursor AI, Vertex AI, and Amazon Bedrock. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Python full stack applications with clean, scalable, and maintainable code. Build and enhance AI-powered applications using Agentic AI frameworks on Python, Java, or.NET. Design and implement agent-based architectures, including agent orchestration, tool usage, memory, and reasoning workflows. Implement LLM-driven solutions using leading foundation models and prompt engineering best practices. Design and deploy Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases for contextual and semantic search. Lead and contribute to cloud modernization projects leveraging LLMs and AI-native architectures. Develop and integrate RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven components. Build and deploy AI agents using Cursor AI, Vertex AI, and Amazon Bedrock. Implement MCP Servers and agent communication patterns where applicable. Collaborate with architects, DevOps, and platform teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions. Support containerized deployments and CI/CD pipelines for AI and application workloads. Participate in Agile ceremonies and mentor junior developers and engineers. Required Skills & Experience Primary Skills 15+ years of hands-on Python development experience. Strong expertise in Python Full Stack development, including backend services and API development. Solid understanding of application architecture, design patterns, and scalable system design. Agentic AI & LLM Technologies Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Agentic AI solutions. Strong experience working with LLM models and prompt engineering techniques. Proven expertise in agent architecture, agent workflows, and multi-agent systems. Hands-on experience implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions. Experience working with vector databases for embeddings and semantic search. Cloud & AI Platforms Proven experience in LLM- and AI-based cloud modernization projects. Hands-on experience Cursor AI Vertex AI (agents, pipelines, LLM integration) Amazon Bedrock (foundation models, agents, orchestration) Experience working in multi-cloud environments (AWS, Google Cloud; Azure is a plus). Integration & Architecture Experience building REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven integrations. Exposure to AI workflow orchestration and agent communication frameworks (including MCP Servers). Good to Have Experience with Java or .NET alongside Python. Familiarity with Azure OpenAI Assistants. Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized deployments. Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD pipelines. Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments. Knowledge of AI evaluation, monitoring, and responsible AI practices. Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration abilities. Ability to work independently while providing technical mentorship to junior team members. Comfortable working in fast-paced, enterprise and innovation-driven environments. Education & Certifications Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Cloud or AI certifications (AWS, or Agentic/ Generative AI certifications) are a plus.
