About the role:

This is a Digital Identity Strategic Sales Operations Specialist position

About the team:

The Strategic DI Sales Team specializes in driving sales growth through targeted data integration and digital solutions. With a unique understanding of market dynamics, this team delivers solutions that meet the needs of clients today and grow to tackle the obstacles of the future. It is a close-knit and extremely successful team that thrives on collaboration and innovation.

You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting organizational growth through ensuring completeness, accuracy and timeliness of contract creation and processing.

  • Ensuring that contractual terms and provisions follow processes, guidelines, and policies.

  • Escalating to the appropriate decision maker when significant legal or financial risk is identified.

  • Assisting internal stakeholders as needed with training, including providing guidance on how to set up opportunities and submit requests within Salesforce.

  • Performing daily monitoring of Salesforce dashboards to validate and process all closed opportunities.

  • Working closely with Finance, Sales Operations and Billing to provide, in a timely manner, updates regarding sales orders.

  • Updating and maintaining process-related reference documents.

  • Daily interactions with Strategic Sales Team and internal partners.

  • Understanding policies and procedures thoroughly.

  • Responding and helping produce reports, analysis, and proposals simultaneously in a fast pace and hectic environment where high volume sales are at stake.

  • Completing regular, scheduled reporting as required by sales leaders and their teams (monthly/quarterly/annual.)

  • Tracking renewal and POS goals, ensuring all data is updated and accurate in Salesforce

  • Managing projects of various types and sizes.

  • Setting up and maintaining sales operations processes and policies.

Specific Tasks:

  • Performing Financial reporting: 90 Day Funnel Report, ad hoc reporting, forecast coordination, funnel hygiene, sales report, household report, monthly financial review deck, monthly revenue report, needle mover report, T&E report, VC audit.

  • Coordinating deals: deal review, contract review, billing reporting, auditing, analytics, billing errors, credit resolution.

  • Perfroming customer-related reporting: account assignments, audits, coordination of transfers, report requests, Salesforce questions, usage reporting.

  • Coordinating meetings: ad hoc meeting setup, monthly financial review, quarterly townhall review, executive rotations.

  • Providing presentation support: monthly financial review presentation, quarterly townhall presentation, account business reviews.

  • Other: attend leadership and team meetings, manage calendars, CER, employee spirit requests, expenses, logistics, maintain email distribution lists, maintain employee roster, monthly birthday list, new hire/travel/interview assistance, onboarding new hires, order supplies and promo items, team travel/PTO updates, quarterly nominations, special projects, team management, travel arrangements, WinWire’s and other strategic wide emails.

  • Performing all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Have BS/BA or equivalent.

  • Have proven technology sales experience.

  • Have experience using Salesforce or similar.

  • Have strong oral and written communication skills as well as presentation skills.

  • Have strong organizational and forecasting skills.

  • Have demonstrated outstanding networking capabilities and exhibit a professional demeanor, business maturity, and technical (PC and applications) knowledge.

  • Have proficiency with Microsoft Software – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
