What you need to know about this position:
You will be responsible for leading the commercial relationship with Grupo Éxito.
You will develop and implement strategic business plans focused on sales growth, market share, and profitability.
You will negotiate commercial agreements, promotional plans, and trade conditions with the customer.
You will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Category Management teams to ensure flawless in-store execution.
You will be the main point of contact between the company and the customer, building long-term relationships based on trust and mutual value creation.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 5 years of experience in Key Account Management or modern trade sales roles within the CPG/FMCG industry, preferably with experience at Grupo Éxito.
Proven experience managing modern trade accounts in Colombia (hypermarkets, organized retail).
Trade Marketing experience is desirable.
Availability to work from Medellín, Colombia.
