You will be responsible for the daily operation of the office – from ordering office supplies and refreshments to coordinating with catering and cleaning service providers.

You will act as the main contact person for our international visitors and ensure they feel welcome and well taken care of.

The role includes communication with suppliers, international colleagues, and employees at our Brno plant.

You will support the organization of company events for employees. Your ideas for improving processes and enhancing the work environment are highly welcome.

What we expect from you:

Strong organizational skills, independence, a professional and friendly manner, positive attitude, and the ability to follow tasks through to completion. You will be an important point of contact for both employees and management.

Very good Czech (C1) and English (minimum B2 level) is must.

Solid knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with SharePoint is an advantage.

Experience in a similar role or within a manufacturing environment is a plus; however, thorough onboarding and training will be provided.
