l マスタープラン作成などの不動産アドバイザリーに関連

する業務

l ビルオーナー協議などを含む、外部ステークホルダーの

管理 Ÿ 不動産アドバイザリー業務に必要な建築的なアプローチおよびサポート Ÿ プロジェクトの計画通りの完了のため、外部ステークホルダーをコントロール

3. プロジェクトリソース及び損益管理

l プロジェクトリソース計画立案

l リソース実績および損益管理 Ÿ クライアントの要望に適うリソースの提供 Ÿ リソースの実績管理と進捗・デマンドに照らしたリソースの調整

4. 教育および組織マネジメント

l 研修の立案・実施サポート
