What you will do
The Special Operations position is an advanced customer service agent role which requires team members to handle specialized activity and accounts. Team members are responsible for all alarm signal processing and customer service inquiries including the utilization of special systems such as Video and Access Control Systems to perform interactive services. This includes Video Verification, Guard Tours, Building Management, Card access, Remote Arming and more. In addition to the JCI applications in use, a portion of the activity handled within the Special Operations group involves the use of 3rd party applications and web portal. As a member of this team, you will work within a dynamic environment that requires a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
How you will do it
As a Special Operations team member, it is important to exhibit excellent communication skills, basic knowledge of computer applications, strong organizational skills and good decision-making skills. Being flexible and able to deal with rapid change at a moment’s notice is key. Special Operation team members must be able to handle alarms/calls proficiently and follow complex instructions accurately.
What we look for
Required
6 months total EDO and CSG experience
Has scored a “Meets” or higher on previous 90 days monthly KPM’s
Flexibility to perform other duties as assigned
Preferred
Has demonstrated proficiency in handling alarm and call inquiries
90% or higher Quality Assurance performance previous 90 days
Good written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of Microsoft office and other required programs
Coachings and Corrective Actions are evaluated
HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $23.00 – 29.00 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
