Job Title: Veterinary Receptionist 
Location: Beach Park Animal Clinic 
Job Type: Part-Time 
Reports To: Practice Manager or Lead CSR 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Greet clients and their pets warmly and professionally 

• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage appointment scheduling 

• Check in and check out clients efficiently 

• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper documentation 

• Process payments and handle invoices 

• Coordinate with veterinary staff for patient flow and care 

• Keep the reception area clean, stocked, and welcoming 

• Educate clients on basic pet care, clinic policies, and services offered 

• Handle sensitive situations with empathy and discretion 

Requirements: 

• High school diploma or equivalent 

• Prior experience in a veterinary or medical office preferred 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

• Ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure 

• Familiarity with veterinary software (e.g., Avimark) is a plus 

• Love for animals and genuine care for their well-being 

• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
