JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Supervise usher staff during operations of events held at Bryce Jordan Center. Assist with greeting concert patrons & directing individuals to their seats. Respond to patron inquiries and interact with the patrons in a positive & helpful manner. Assist with event scheduling when needed.
Must possess excellent customer service skills, having the ability to deal with different personalities and possible conflict in a professional calm manner. Position requires long periods of standing & the ability to climb up and down many steps.
