Marketing Programs Manager, NewRocket
Employment Type: Full-time

About the role

We’re looking for a proactive, hands-on Marketing Programs Manager to plan, build, and run integrated, omni-channel campaigns that turn interest into pipeline. You will also lead customer advocacy storytelling through the creation and amplification of customer success stories and help drive brand awareness for NewRocket.

 

What You’ll Do

Content Development

  • Build and maintain an editorial calendar aligned to priority offerings, personas and funnel stages.
  • Create thought leadership content through interviews and coordination with SMEs in the form of high quality webinars, e-books, blog posts, and email nurture.
  • Co-create content with partners such as joint webinars, one pagers and align messaging, branding and approvals.
  • Repurpose core stories into omnichannel content to support marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain a content library so NewRocket Crew can find an use assets (naming conventions, version control, etc).

Own Integrated Programs & Campaigns

  • Plan, build, and execute omni-channel programs mapped to audience, offer, and funnel stage; manage program plans, timelines and deliverables.
  • Create landing pages, emails, social posts, and sales enablement aligned to brand guidelines.
  • Run and optimize LinkedIn and Meta campaigns (audience building, creative, copy, budgets, tracking, and reporting).
  • Coordinate target accounts and lead follow-up with Sales and deliver “pre/during/post” communications for each program.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize messaging, manage program timelines, and ensure successful execution.

Drive Customer Advocacy

  • Lead the development of customer success stories, including identifying champions, gathering outcomes, and creating content for internal and external use.
  • Identify and prep customer champions for speaking slots, case studies, and 1:1 executive meetings; capture outcomes and stories that fuel campaigns.
  • Maintain a pipeline of referenceable customers and amplify stories across campaigns, website, sales decks, and social.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external partners to align customer advocacy with business and marketing goals.

What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years in B2B tech marketing (demand gen, field/programs, or integrated campaigns) with measurable pipeline impact.
  • Proven end-to-end ownership of omni-channel campaigns and webinars.
  • Demonstrated ability to create customer stories and to collate inputs across Sales, Delivery, and leadership.
  • Experience using Hubspot, Salesforce, Marketing intent platforms, LinkedIn, Figma, Canva, or equivalent.
  • Clear, concise writing and editing skills; comfortable producing on-brand copy and updating decks.
  • You’re a self-starter who thrives in a team sport.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Assets: Graphic design skills; familiarity with the ServiceNow ecosystem.
