At our Antalya plant in Turkey, we focus on the production of high-quality components used in dialysis therapy, including bloodlines, tubing systems, and accessories. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or Automation Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial facilities, preferably in medical device manufacturing, automotive, pharmaceutical, food, FMCG, or similar industries.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial communication infrastructures such as Profinet, Industrial Ethernet, Profibus, CANbus, etc.
  • Familiarity with industrial automation components and equipment, including robots (Epson, Kuka), drives, vision systems (Cognex / Keyence), barcode readers, sensors, encoders, and related technologies.
  • Experience with servo motors and drives (Siemens, Schneider, etc.).
  • Knowledge of pneumatic systems (Festo, SMC, etc.) and mechanical motion transmission components (THK, Bosch Rexroth, Autorotor, RNA, etc.).
  • Experience with PLC control systems (Siemens, Schneider, etc.).
  • Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Well-organized, proactive, and highly skilled in coordination and planning.
  • Strong process-following, problem-solving, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Motivated to work directly on production machinery within a cleanroom manufacturing environment.
  • High level of enthusiasm for hands-on machine operation and shop-floor activities.
  •   Living in Antalya or willing to relocate.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage high-speed, high-quality production automation machines and related operations.
  • Monitor and manage daily production activities to ensure automation equipment operates efficiently (OEE) and consistently meets quality targets.
  • Execute commissioning, startup, and validation activities for new automation projects.
  • Manage and coordinate technical operations on serial production lines.
  • Ensure efficient performance of subordinate blue-collar personnel and continuously support their development through coaching and training.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by conducting root cause analyses for quality and performance issues and ensuring timely implementation of corrective actions.
  • Distribute production work orders to automation machines according to production planning requirements and manage the team accordingly.
  • Monitor and audit automation manufacturing processes; ensure that all required quality documentation, standards, and procedures are created, maintained, and kept up to date.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and permanently eliminate production losses related to labor, downtime, efficiency, and process-related issues.
  • Ensure production automation equipment and assigned personnel remain fully prepared for internal and external audits at all times.
  • Promptly address machine- and personnel-related occupational health and safety deficiencies.
  • Increase and support GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) activities within the responsible production automation area.
