Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with one or more large Agile Release Trains (ARTs) by steering the intake, refinement, development, delivery, Agile ceremonies, and maintenance of banking technology software consistently in complex environments.

  • Understand the adoption of continuous integration, continuous deployment, and test-driven development methodologies.

  • Ensure understanding and timely completion of Matters Requiring Attention (MRAs) and evolving work management requirements across a large portfolio, drive continuous change and adoption of these work management standards.

  • Contribute to audit examinations and risk assessments through knowledge-sharing, evidence analysis, and collaboration with Audit,Change/Release Management, and delivery leads to minimize non-compliance or failures.

  • Generate impactful metrics, dashboards, reports, key performance indicators (KPIs), release readiness, risk identification, and epic-to-requirement traceability.

  • Collaborate with Product Managers to maintain a balanced backlog and assess demand versus capacity of all teams on multiple ARTs.

  • Provide a cohesive overview of release contents for Payments and Merchant portfolios through release highlights, executive summaries, and other documentation for consumption of executives and CIOs.

  • Work with Scrum Agile Development methodology to build, deploy, and deliver software solutions, leveraging Scaled Agile Framework events and cadences.

  • Perform administration duties for Agile tools including Jira, Confluence, Rally, HP Agile Manager to coach organizations on the importance of data quality and data integrity of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) activities.

  • Perform duties as Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer (RTE), and Agile Coach to coach teams and organizations how to drive Agile Adoption.

  • Demonstrate data-driven results using Agile Metrics.

  • Gain technical experience in a large financial services institution.

  • Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Master's degree or equivalent in Engineering Management, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Engineering (any), or related; and

  • 3 years of experience in the job offered or a related IT occupation.

  • Must include 3 years of experience in each of the following:

  • Working with Scrum Agile Development methodology to build, deploy, and deliver software solutions, leveraging Scaled Agile Framework events and cadences;

  • Performing administration duties for Agile tools including Jira, Confluence, Rally, HP Agile Manager to coach organizations on the importance of data quality and data integrity of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) activities;

  • Performing duties as Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer (RTE), and Agile Coach to coach teams and organizations how to drive Agile Adoption;

  • Demonstrating data-driven results using Agile Metrics; and,

  • Gaining technical experience in a large financial services institution.
