WHAT WILL YOU DO? 

• Prepare and enter detailed price offers into our system, ensuring accuracy and completeness. 

• Verify and correct orders to maintain streamlined processes and efficient operations. 

• Engage in effective communication with our product managers and customers, providing prompt and helpful assistance. 

• Embrace continuous learning and professional development by actively participating in IT training programs. 

• - creating quotes for our clients, based on quotes received from vendors or in response to client requests

• communicating and coordinating with the Italian team that manages the brands (vendors) assigned to them

• communicating with vendors and resellers (our clients) via email and/or phone;

• use company tools (Salesforce, AX, Outlook, ARM, etc.) accurately

  

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Fluent in English (B2/C1) language, enabling effective communication with international clients and business partners. 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of clearly conveying information through various channels. 

• Detail-oriented mindset to ensure meticulousness in handling offers and orders. 

• A proactive and enthusiastic learner, eager to acquire new skills and adapt to evolving industry trends. 

• ecome self-sufficient in their tasks

• work proactively and accurately

• collaborate with their teams in Italy and within the inside sales team in Casablanca

• knowledge of Italian (C1) and English is required too
