Position Summary

This position will resolve low, medium and high complexity user requests for Vendor Master File Maintenance, aligned to service level agreements (SLA) resolution times and quality and control standards. Direct interaction with vendors and internal users is required for requests resolution and consulting.

Your Responsibilities:

This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are:

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and understand SAP vendor master data objects.

  • Review the data of suppliers in Supplier Lifecycle Management and HCP/HCO in SAP, iNeed and Fiori portals.

  • Monitor Vendor Master change/create open requests.

  • Monitor that requests follow the correct process flow.

  • Support queries via chat, call or email.

  • Perform the Callback process.

  • Execute the controls established for the process.

  • Participate in projects and process improvement initiatives.

  • Ensure adherence to the standard operating procedures in line with internal controls.

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals:

  • Advanced student or degree in Finance or related degree highly preferred

  • Vendor master management experience working with SAP, Ineed and/or Fiori.

  • Minimum of 1-year previous shared service center experience

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English B2+

  • Intermediate Excel knowledge

  • Experience HCPs & HCOs and Third Party vendors cycle.
