Summary:

The Client Service Manager will be responsible for managing a team of Client Service Associates and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Private Client team.

 Responsibilities:

  • Ensure GW&K’s clients are receiving pro-active and accurate information regarding their investment portfolios.
  • Respond to client requests and resolve service issues.
  • Partner with Wealth Advisors to prepare information for client meetings and attend client meetings as required.
  • Manage client accounts and relationships in accordance with GW&K’s investment philosophy.
  • Review client service procedures on a regular basis and implement improvements as necessary.
  • Work with Compliance, Operations, Trading, IT, Marketing and Investment teams to develop best practice procedures to keep client accounts running smoothly.
  • Ensure all risk metrics are being researched and resolved daily with the Client Service Associates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree; 8-10 years of related industry experience with a focus on client service management in Private Asset Management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with clients.
  • In-depth understanding of the financial markets, with a strong understanding of tax financial and estate planning.
  • Experience with the various custodian providers.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Bloomberg.
  • Experience with Black Diamond and Money Guide Pro a plus.
