Position Overview:  

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead our financial planning processes and provide insightful analysis to support decision-making. This role will be instrumental in driving financial performance, enhancing business insights, and fostering collaboration across departments.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the FP&A team in developing annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
  • Analyze financial performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on comprehensive financial analysis.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Manage financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Mentor and develop FP&A team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification (CFA, CPA) preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record in financial modeling and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Proficient in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems, financial modeling software).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
