What You Will Do:
Guidehouse is seeking a Senior Operations Research/Systems Analyst to develop, integrate and continually improve data management processes. The individual will have eight years of combined experience in the application of theories and principles related to operations research and decision analysis and current decision analysis support tools. This role requires the analyst to be familiar with SIGINT authorities, policies, and regulations. The analyst will be able to prepare thorough and comprehensive statistical analysis reports. The Senior Operations Research/Systems Analyst will show the ability to work both independently and as an effective team member and flexibility to cope with a changing environment and short deadlines. Experience in planning and organizing as well as exhibiting excellent communication and customer skills (both verbal and written) is essential.

What You Will Need:

  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED Top Secret with SCI (TS/SCI) Federal or DoD security clearance with Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph; must UPGRADE and MAINTAIN a Top Secret with SCI (TS/SCI) and Full Scope (FS) Polygraph Federal or DoD security clearance

  • Eight (8) years of experience in operations research and decision analysis

  • Ability to prepare thorough and comprehensive statistical analysis reports

  • SIGINT Background

  • Familiarity with agency compliance policies and standards (understand legal rulesets)


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a FULL SCOPE (FS/FSP) polygraph

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Experience with mission compliance policies and governance, FISA authorities, EO12333, additional sensitive authorities, and cybersecurity authorities

  • Knowledge of data flow practices and data sharing processes, agreements, and methods

  • Confluence and JIRA experience

  • Experience working with IC community Partners

The annual salary range for this position is $100,200.00-$150,200.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
