The Opportunity
Are you passionate about creating clear, compliant, and user-friendly documentation within a dynamic environment?
We're looking for a Systems Improvement Coordinator to join our team! This role is crucial in developing and refining organizational documentation, with a strong focus on compliance with safety and environmental legislation and ISO standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to refine and improve existing documentation.
Develop clear, logically structured procedures with detailed flowcharts and visual aids.
Validate and enhance procedures through peer reviews and usability testing.
Ensure all documentation meets legislative and ISO standards, adapting to updates as needed.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on SharePoint, ensuring rigorous document control.
Required Skills and Competencies
Qualification in Process Engineering or a related field is advantageous.
Experience in developing user-friendly documentation.
Experience in document control and managing SharePoint sites.
Proven experience in ensuring compliance with safety and environmental legislation.
Experience in the construction industry is advantageous but not essential.
