The Opportunity

Are you passionate about creating clear, compliant, and user-friendly documentation within a dynamic environment?

We're looking for a Systems Improvement Coordinator to join our team! This role is crucial in developing and refining organizational documentation, with a strong focus on compliance with safety and environmental legislation and ISO standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine and improve existing documentation.

  • Develop clear, logically structured procedures with detailed flowcharts and visual aids.

  • Validate and enhance procedures through peer reviews and usability testing.

  • Ensure all documentation meets legislative and ISO standards, adapting to updates as needed.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on SharePoint, ensuring rigorous document control.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Qualification in Process Engineering or a related field is advantageous.

  • Experience in developing user-friendly documentation.

  • Experience in document control and managing SharePoint sites.

  • Proven experience in ensuring compliance with safety and environmental legislation.

  • Experience in the construction industry is advantageous but not essential.
