Job Summary

The Nurse Manager, Business Operations oversees a specific clinical/technical function with accountability for the delivery of quality care, patient safety and satisfaction, staff performance and education, while maintaining an orientation to fiscal management and sound business decisions.

Pay Range

Minimum $140,504 Midpoint $186,181 Maximum $231,837

Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.

Experience

* Required: Minimum one (1) year of leadership experience managing in the healthcare industry. Four (4) years of experience in clinical/technical specialty.

* Preferred: Four (4) years of leadership experience managing in the healthcare industry.

Education

* Required: Graduation from an accredited school of Registered Nursing; Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing (BSN).

* Preferred: Master of Science in Nursing from an accredited school or Master’s degree in healthcare-related field.

Demonstrated strength in building and articulating a vision and setting goals. Licensure

* Required: CA Registered Nurse (RN) license; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification;

* Preferred: Vascular Access-Board Certified (VA-BC) certification. National Certification (e.g. RNC or CCRN).
