As we cross 60 employees, we’re looking for a seasoned IT Manager to manage our IT infrastructure.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage Google Workspace, Mobile Device Management (MDM), Single Sign-On (SSO), and endpoint security tools.

    • Some of these tools are already in place, while others will need evaluation and implementation.

  • Oversee employee account onboarding and offboarding processes.

  • Manage the purchasing, distribution, collection, and secure wiping of laptops.

  • Maintain the wireless and wired networking setup in our San Francisco office.

  • Help troubleshoot hardware, OS, and authentication issues.

    • You are not expected to help with software issues that are not within IT’s domain, e.g. help using Google Docs.

  • Assist with the IT side of SOC 2 compliance and facilitate employee security training.

What excites us:

  • 4+ years of experience in IT, with 2+ years implementing IT management software.

  • A strong bias towards security and reliability, with the ability to think through edge cases and ensure ongoing maintenance.

  • Proven experience in writing documentation and building processes to prevent oversights.

  • Experience with SOC 2 audits is a plus.

What we offer:

  • The equity upside of an early-stage startup with the product-market fit of a later-stage company.

  • Daily lunch and snacks for those working out of our San Francisco office.

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance covered 100%.

  • One Medical membership covered, flexible sick benefits and more.

  • Annual learning and development stipend for books, online courses, and conferences, as well as a curious team to share your learnings with.

  • Bi-annual team offsites and optional quarterly gatherings at the SF HQ office.

  • Home office setup stipend to ensure you have the equipment you need to thrive at work.

This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco, with an expectation to be in the office three days a week for in-person collaboration.
