What You’ll Get to Do:

The Senior Capture Management Director, PPG (Priority Pursuit Group) will lead pursuit strategy throughout every aspect of strategic capture. Candidate will be a key member of CACI’s Priority Pursuit Group and proposal team; will lead strategic planning and implementation, to include engaging with senior leaders from across CACI; and will provide mentorship and guidance to less-senior capture team members. More About the Role Fill in this section: The Senior Capture Manager leads and directs strategic capture efforts across the corporation to support the entire growth lifecycle.

Core areas of support may include one or more of the following:

  • PPG intake assessment and initial strategy planning
  • Comprehensive capture strategy development and execution
  • Long-term positioning strategy development and execution
  • Strategic pricing
  • Executive engagement

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of related work experience
  • Experience leading large, complex strategic capture efforts
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Experience capturing business across a diverse set of customers to include DoD, CCMD, and Federal Civilian Agencies
  • Demonstrated ability to capture business that result in new markets and customers served
  • Understanding of FEDSIM acquisition practices and experience leading and
  • winning FEDSIM pursuits
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing strategies that improve PWIN and pricing


These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline
  • ITIL Certified (current) or equivalent
  • Certified Program Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
  • Federal security clearance eligibility (up to TS/SCI/Poly)

$143,600 - $316,000
