Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:

As an Exit Inventory Planner (EMEA) at Arc’teryx, you will develop and own the execution of exit inventory strategies within our EMEA Retail Channel. You drive the improvement of product availability for an exceptional guest experience, while minimizing excess inventories and ensuring that end-of-life products are cleared through the most profitable sales channel. You develop thoughtful exit and liquidation strategies that help clear excess inventory through the factory outlet channel while protecting the integrity of full-price sales. You have a multi channel lens, but your core accountability is to our retail exit channel. You partner effectively with exit partners in eCommerce to collaborate on strategy and maintain clear communication between exit channels.

This role is based out our Garching office (near Munich) and on hybrid mode (2 days in the office, 2 days at home and, 1 day at the discretion of the manager). Candidates must be eligible to work in Germany.

Meet Your Future Team:

The EMEA Retail Allocations team is a group whose focus is to continuously drive sales, by mitigating inventory risks and finding the balance between the right product at the right quantity in the right place at the right time – across full price and off-price retail channels.

This role will partner closely with our global Inventory Planning team that sits at HQ in North Vancouver, Canada. This team plays a critical role in ensuring the right product is in the right place at the right time across stores, regional distribution centers, e-commerce, and exit channels. They balance demand forecasts, commercial priorities, and inventory health to optimize allocation, replenishment, and seasonal flow strategies across the region. Working closely with cross-functional partners, they manage assortment depth, size curves, and style mix to deliver a strong guest experience while maximizing business performance.
